CNV
Search for genes or simply upload a gene list.
CNVIntegrate uses the human assembly GRCh37.
Gene list upload: Upload a csv/txt file with genes in HGNC gene symbol
format.
Each gene is seperated by a newline with only one gene occupying each row.

Gene symbol or location search: Search with these following formats.

|---|---|
| HGNC gene symbol | EGFR, brca2...(case insensitive) |
| Specific location | 1:123-456(chromosome 1, starts from base 123 and ends at base 456) |
| Entire chromosome | chr1, chr22...(chromosome 1,chromosome 22) |
